١. التوصيل داخل الإمارات العربية المتحدة

• المدة: من ١ إلى ٣ أيام عمل

1. UAE Delivery

• Delivery Time: 1–3 working days

٢. التوصيل إلى دول الخليج والعالم

• المدة: من ٤ إلى ٧ أيام عمل حسب الموقع

• الرسوم: تعتمد على الدولة وحجم الطلب

• يتم تزويدك برقم تتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل فور شحن الطلب.

2. GCC & International Delivery

• Delivery Time: 4–7 business days depending on location

• Fees: Based on country and order size

• Tracking number will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

١. شروط الإلغاء

• يمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال ٦ ساعات فقط من وقت تأكيد الطلب.

• بعد مرور ٦ ساعات، قد لا يكون الإلغاء ممكنًا إذا تم تجهيز أو شحن الطلب.

• الطلبات المصممة حسب الطلب لا يمكن إلغاؤها بعد بدء التنفيذ.

1. Cancellation Conditions

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

• After 6 hours, cancellation might not be possible if the order has been processed or shipped.

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
